- We primarily use Delhivery as our main shipping partner to ensure reliable and timely delivery of your orders.
- Depending on the needs and reach of the customers, we may also use other shipping partners to deliver your orders.

 

2. Shipping Locations
- We currently offer shipping within India.
- Delivery to certain remote locations may be subject to availability and additional charges.

 

3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the delivery location and the weight of the products.
- Any additional charges for remote locations will be communicated to you before your order is processed.

4. Delivery Timeframes
- We strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. The estimated delivery timeframes are as follows:
  - Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
  - Non-Metro Cities: 5-7 business days
  - Remote Locations: 7-10 business days
- Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, logistical challenges, or public holidays.

- Orders are processed and shipped on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM IST or on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.

 

6. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details.
- You can track your order status through the tracking link provided in the email or by visiting the carrier's website.

 

7. Delivery Attempts
- Our shipping partners will make multiple delivery attempts to ensure your order reaches you. If you are unavailable during the delivery attempts, the order may be returned to our warehouse.
- In such cases, we will contact you to arrange for a re-delivery or provide a refund, minus the shipping costs.

 

8. Delayed or Lost Shipments
- While we strive to ensure timely delivery, there may be occasional delays due to unforeseen circumstances.

- We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund for the damaged or missing items.
